Fourth Day: Temple Moor
Today, we were focusing on photograph angles. First of all we learnt all he names of the different angles: Extreme Long Shot, Long Shot, Medium Shot, Short Shot, Close Up, Extreme Close Up, High angled shot and Low Angled shot. We learnt how different angles can set the scene or make something look more or less important. We then went out in pairs (I was with Tomas) and took photos from different angles of each other, and anything else we thought was interesting. We then put our favorite shots into a Power Point and put why we liked them and how we could use them in our film. I liked putting different effects on them such as black and white or a big contrast as this enhanced the mood or scene they were already slightly giving. We then chose our very favorite photo and showed it to the class and explained why it was our favorite.
